It's breathtaking that now we're suggesting that we arrest people who are trying to make sure that they can save lives and prevent them from dying of a novel virus that killed millions of people.
Twenty years of Committee hearings in Congress I have never seen a denial of being allowed to insert information into the record, ever. Mr. Chair, you have to fix this. This cannot be how we proceed going forward, and I vote no.
