I think the people in the gentleman's district should be proud of freshmen like the gentleman, and the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Joe Pitts), who have been really trying to push that legislation through. We spent here in Washington, I think we spent over $30 billion on education, but a disproportionately large amount of it does not end up in the classroom. It does not end up helping the kids.
