as I understand it, one of the additional concerns of this test is that this will take time away from teachers and their students in terms of basic education, learning, that they will have to devote a week, they are proposing, or several days out of a week, to sitting down and taking a test, when they could be educating those children in crucial issues that are important for them to learn.
