I believe that they will be able to make accommodations and they will be able to meet the work requirement, and I think it will serve the community extremely well. I think there will be enhanced community spirit. I think it will deal with a lot of the problems with vandalism in the housing projects. I think it will help deal with crime in the housing projects.
