I have often thought this Committee is here to right the historic injustices that so many Native American tribes have experienced over the history of this Nation and prior to it.

We know the history of Native American education in this country. It is history of kidnapping, of cultural eradication, of Eurocentric brainwashing.

Can you go back and confirm for us whether there are?

With regard to species, obviously first, the ones that are endangered.

Will you commit that the FCC will finish that rulemaking so that as we get into a busier rocket season over the next couple of years that we'll be ready to go?

We want to be ready for that.

What could we--what have we learned and can do better with regard to responding to hurricanes, particularly those in islands?

these are major bipartisan supported issues.

there is unanimous bipartisan opposition to that happening in Florida.

it is important for me that we have a commitment that the Department of the Interior understands that that load could exacerbate red tide.

The other issue we are working on developing is in a bipartisan way with Senator Rubio on re-instituting a Reef Protection Act.

A bill that I worked on in the past, in a bipartisan manner last year, was to make the Kissimee River a wild and scenic river.

I think we have been very aggressive on pythons, and I think there is some interest in being more aggressive on that.

There are no attempts right now to downgrade the Florida panther, are there?
