In Florida we have a number of illegal immigrants who are in prisons, and we are trying to prevent that. Governor Chiles is suing the Federal Government because of the illegal immigrants who are in Florida. I would just like to say in summary that all the gentleman is trying to do is get information so we can have a handle on this problem. So the gentleman's amendment is specifically saying, ``Let's find out how many children there are.''
