If I might address the chairman of the subcommittee, Mr. Chairman, I have here the Energy and Water Development appropriations bill. On page 68, it indicates that the Nuclear Power 2010, you provide about $80 million, a decrease of $34 million. So the question I have for you, if you support this program so much, why would you cut it $34 million, which is basically a huge percentage?
