I would say the importance of this is it be a long-term solution for the State of Florida instead of having to go to reiteration every 2 years dealing with this moratorium. As you know, we worked almost 3 hours in the night trying to come up with a solution. We have a workable plan that we discussed with the chairman, and we very much appreciate the chairman's support, interest, and help.
