We are asking the United Nations to study it, just to look at alternative locations that would be less expensive. All we are saying is set up a commission to look at it somewhere down the line, maybe 50 years from now, 20 years from now, 5 years from now. Somewhere down the line it might be advisable for the United Nations to put itself in a new location. That is all we are asking. The contrast the gentleman from New York says between Disney World and the United Nations, maybe some colleagues might think they are synonymous. They are not. Disney World is a for-profit operation. The United Nations is a not-for-profit operation. It is totally different.
