I think this campaign finance bill is still in doubt. I think there are lots of areas that need to be improved, and frankly we have other substitutes and other bills that are going to be offered that I think we should look at. I think it is premature to talk about that. I would remind the gentleman from Massachusetts that I think what he has to worry about is the executive branch micromanaging either the DNC, or either party.
