Not often when we come to the House floor do we have legislation that will save lives. I had this experience when I was working on the defibrillator bill, which the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Brown) is going to offer later on, which is another one of those bills that will actually save lives. And this is one that will save lives, not to mention the huge amount of stress that will be alleviated by parents' knowing that their children will have their medication with them at school.
