Mitch McConnell knows that Republicans are out of step with most Americans on this issue.

One of the big problems especially on the right is that social media has sown a lot of distrust because the right feels under attack by big institutions. It has hurt our democracy. Why? Because it has diminished trust in society.

by inviting Donald Trump to invest in the campaigns of these horrible Senate Republican candidates, he is going to expose him as one of the most selfish people, no, no, no, the most selfish person ever to participate in American politics.

This is just another example of the train wreck that Senate Republicans are facing ahead of the November election.
