That kind of rhetoric, I know why the governor is doing it. He wants to signal to the Trump face that he`s with them and that he`s one of them.

by inviting Donald Trump to invest in the campaigns of these horrible Senate Republican candidates, he is going to expose him as one of the most selfish people, no, no, no, the most selfish person ever to participate in American politics.

This is the Trump trap, right? Republicans need to check the box, 'appease Donald Trump,' and then put some of their more vulnerable members in peril.

If he can bring the country together on that issue, that will be very powerful.
