Madam Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 6, line 14, insert after the period the following: ``Such award shall be paid out of the administrative budget of the office in the agency that took the challenged agency action.''.
