Madam Chairman, I appreciate the comments; and, once again, I implore my colleagues to support this good amendment to keep the SEC on task. Their job is to protect investors from dishonest people and dishonest corporations; and with the passage of this amendment, we will do that. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR.
