Nothing displays how broken this program is better than HUD's inspection process.

Bureaucratic red tape, miscommunication, and a lack of urgency have plagued this Administration's response.

HUD has enabled fraud and abuse to continue, all while taxpayer money continues to flow into the pockets of these slumlords.

An unwillingness to repair these properties is unfortunately par-for-the-course for GMF.

For a Senator to express an opinion about court packing vis-a-vis a particular issue is certainly appropriate.

The D.C. Circuit's decision is more than disappointing, it also confirms why every parliamentary trick in Congress was used to pack this particular court.

It's time for all of us to do everything that we can to make it a reality throughout the entire country.

This has been one of the most contentious.

This committee, indeed with the relationship that you and I have personally, cuts through a lot of that partisanship.

I certainly acknowledge with you the highly charged partisan times.

Online ticket scalping is an unsavory, lucrative business and our fans are the ones who are exploited.

I applaud each state's efforts to level the playing field for the sports fan or concertgoer.

The politically offensive slang word, 'scalping,' came from the notion that those reselling tickets were, in fact, taking the skin off the back of the general public.

Bots are computerized cheaters.

This is not capitalism. This is not the free market. This is a rigged market benefiting some greedy speculators, and it's not right.

Just that I am so happy that the bipartisan nature of this Committee continues, and I will do what most Senators do not do. I will shut up.
