A member of the Democratic Party, he previously represented Florida's 9th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993 to 2001. Nelson also held the position of Florida's Insurance Commissioner from 1995 to 1999, where he focused on consumer protection and insurance reform.

In that regard, Ms. Chrisler, probably the act requires you to take certain actions for inspections. It doesn't specify how many or how often or that you have to do it.
