Bill Nelson is an American politician and attorney who served as a United States Senator from Florida from 2001 to 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously represented Florida's 9th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993 to 2001. Nelson also held the position of Florida's Insurance Commissioner from 1995 to 1999, where he focused on consumer protection and insurance reform.
For no good reason the State now limits their options and increases their costs by mandating that they close shop on that final Sunday when people are coming from church.
We want more people to vote, and we want them to be able to have that vote counted like they intended.
It is simply not right when the laws are changed in a State to make it harder to vote.
this is an excellent appointee by the President, and we urge upon the Committee for quick confirmation for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
If I were king for a day, this is the kind of person I would nominate to the U.S. district court.
