OK. So, then, my interpretation was correct. You have a $400 million to $500 million loss, but the Federal Government subsidizes that----

all the new doctors we are going to need to implement the health care bill, we cannot keep cutting graduate medical education, which is a Medicare subsidy for residents.

Madam Secretary, we are losing a lot of money to Medicare fraud, Medicaid fraud as well, and we are going to be having a hearing on this in the Aging Committee.

Well, you know the attacks against the President's proposal and the amendment 4 years ago. It is going to reduce research, it is going to limit access, it is going to result in higher consumer prices.

Well, what I interpret they want to do is, they own the tracks----

it is what Congress has to justify.

We need tougher controls on access to private information, but it needs to be done efficiently without adding more paperwork to the process.

We, of course, are trying to get results, Mr. Administrator.

Unfortunately, I think most of us think that this sequester's not going to go away until the new fiscal year, so we are facing a problem--as we would say in Florida, 'a problema.'

I think the testimony today has brought out parts of it.

I will be asking for an update on the status of this.
