So, Mr. Chairman, I am glad that your bill would stop this practice by voiding contracts of adhesion that punish consumers for sharing their experiences and their opinions with other consumers.
At the end of the day, I think what we want is the access to the courts for whoever is the aggrieved party, the consumer or the business.
In a state like mine, Florida that is so dependent on tourism, we want visitors to share their experiences.
