I have had that good fortune of visiting there, and with the entire board; and I have seen their work and they do an extraordinary job, as Asia is developing, in developing the rule of law and in economic reform that is necessary for those countries to survive. Most respectfully, I say to my friend from South Carolina (Mr. Sanford), who was wrong on the North-South Center in Florida, and the gentleman is wrong on Asia.
