I join my colleagues in allowing that, among other things, if we had a fair formula in Florida and if we received the taxpayers' fair share, we would not need this exceptional refugee funding. One size does not fit all in this country. We have a unique problem in Florida that demands a unique solution. This influx causes a severe impact on our social, economic, and health services.
