Tom Carper: “I just want to emphasize again the continuing importance to me of the Providence River Pilings Removal Project.”

I am the last Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Senate, and kind of relates to my great affection and interest in the postal issues.

Public engagement can build trust, it can increase public buy-in, can help resolve issues, can help prevent litigation, and ultimately it can save time and money.

I felt forever that there's actually revenues opportunities for the Postal Service through vote by mail.

We will do it again. Maybe the next time we will actually make it to Columbia.
