I think these concerns miss the point. We just had a radical, I think, a sweeping reduction in water protections.
The human influence on extreme weather and its impacts on people is quite clear.
I think it is a critically important piece.
An agency with a budget the size of this one, it is an almost $100 billion budget, and that is unacceptable.
