On behalf of all of us who have been anxious for this day--to see this technical corrections bill put together and have the result we have had, I thank the Senator for dealing with the competing forces and getting the job done. Someone said it was ugly, but it is beautiful in the end. It is going to be good for the folks in all of our States. We worked together in a bipartisan way, and I am grateful for that.
