I want to say, with respect to Andrew Wheeler, I don't know him as well as Jim Inhofe does, but during his hearing and in response to the questions for the record, I thought that he may have demonstrated a more transparent and straight forward approach to engaging with members of the Committee than any other Trump administration EPA nominee thus far.
