We will gather in the Senate Chamber at 8:15 p.m. this evening to proceed as a body to the House of Representatives for President Joe Biden's address. Joe Biden is the first Delawarian ever elected President of the United States. If there is no further business to come before the Senate, I ask that it recess under the previous order. ____________________
