Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H. Con. Res. 84, which was received from the House and I understand is at the desk. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 84) authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medal collectively to the 23d Headquarters Special Troops and the 3133d Signal Services Company, known collectively as the ``Ghost Army'', in recognition of unique and highly distinguished service during World War II. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
