The lion's share of the money is actually for seniors, many of them with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. So there is a fiscal component and a personal human component. I thank the Senators for this. I have written down the information about their bill, and I will be researching it through the night to see if I can join them as a cosponsor. I thank them both, and I really appreciate what they are doing. ISIS Mr. President, just before Senators Collins and Klobuchar took to the floor, one of our colleagues--one of my three favorite Republican colleagues--spoke about ISIS and suggested that we are not doing too well in the battle against ISIS.
