Tom Carper: “Senator Carper and I have prepared legislation that would provide strict national limits on sulfur, nitrogen and mercury…”

We help make the rules for the country, and we do not do this by ourselves.

I am the last Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Senate, and kind of relates to my great affection and interest in the postal issues.

We will do it again. Maybe the next time we will actually make it to Columbia.

We are better off when we hear community concerns at the beginning of the process rather than at the end.
