(B) Performance based compensation relating to solvency plan.-- (i) In general.--Any compensation relating to achieving the goals established under the plan under section 401 shall not apply toward the limit on compensation under subparagraph (A). (ii) Other limitations apply.--Nothing in this subparagraph shall be construed to modify the limitation on compensation under subsections (b) and (c) of section 3686 of title 39, United States Code, as amended by this Act.…”
