As Governor, I worked on the development of the Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program in Delaware.

We do a lot of oversight work here. We do a lot of asking of studies by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and others.

I realize you could help us buildup to that list and be real partners in this.
