I have said more than a few times if the shoe were on the other foot, and we had a Democrat in the White House, and we had a Democrat majority in the House and the Senate, and the Republicans on this Committee or any committee were trying to do oversight and get the kind of responses from EPA and from an Administrator from EPA, you would be pulling your hair out, and ours, too. This is just unacceptable.
Carper criticizes the lack of EPA responses under the current administration compared to a hypothetical Democratic one.
