Tom Carper: “If you want to help somebody, best way you can help is make sure they have a job and that they can lift themselves out…”

I am the last Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Senate, and kind of relates to my great affection and interest in the postal issues.

We help make the rules for the country, and we do not do this by ourselves.

We will do it again. Maybe the next time we will actually make it to Columbia.

I felt forever that there's actually revenues opportunities for the Postal Service through vote by mail.
