Yes. The update to the mission statement does not compel the NRC to update its approach to determining how to set safety standards beyond what is required by current law.

But my hope is, on a serious note, my hope is that the issues we just discussed... we can keep at it today and see if we can't find a way to yes that is reasonable and acceptable to all of us.
