We need some folks in place, confirmed in position in EPA who have been nominated, including one we know well, Dr. Michal Freedhoff, who was reported out of this Committee 19 to 0 last month for a position where she could actually do some good work with respect to PFAS, TSCA, the Toxic Substances Control Act, all that, and we need to get her through the Senate.
