It's evident that the Postal Service must adapt to shifting consumer preferences to ensure its financial sustainability.
We need to strengthen the financial management functions of the Department, and that remains on GAO's High Risk List.
We appreciate that. But provided nearly $50 billion with a B, $50 billion in financial relief for the Postal Service.
That is a pretty good example.
