Tom Carper: “We just love the folks who work out of your Philadelphia office and just value very much the wonderful work they do not…”

I am the last Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Senate, and kind of relates to my great affection and interest in the postal issues.

Public engagement can build trust, it can increase public buy-in, can help resolve issues, can help prevent litigation, and ultimately it can save time and money.

For too long, the seats have not been filled, and not been filled properly.

I felt forever that there's actually revenues opportunities for the Postal Service through vote by mail.
