Given how important this obviously is, my only regret is that we didn't have an opportunity to talk about it 24 hours ag...
So I believe there is some room there that we can relax some of those financial requirements with the application.
I think the greatest way that the Commission can have an impact on that is probably through our rate-making authority.
We will do it again. Maybe the next time we will actually make it to Columbia.
