I moved from California to Delaware and enrolled there at the University of Delaware in their business school, in their MBA program. If they want to go to the University of Delaware, tuition is paid for; at Delaware State University or Delaware Community College, tuition is paid for. If they need books--they probably do--they are paid for, and fees are paid for. If they need tutoring, it is paid for, and they also receive roughly a $1,500-a-month housing allowance.…”
