I applaud the President's early commitment, including during his time in this body, to use technology to make government more transparent and more effective.

On the campaign trail, there was a lot of discussion, as I am sure you will recall, of using technology to make government more efficient, more transparent, and more secure.

Is that something you could see us doing in the Federal Government with this Administration?

I believe the Federal Government does need to lead by example.

We do not want the government to make rash decisions without first thinking things through.
