Let me say that we, on this side, are in support of this amendment. I met, I think it was just yesterday actually, or the day before, but with family groups in Delaware, my home State, where we are concerned about autism; and this actually is one of the very areas they discussed. We realize these children are very gifted, and we realize this can be very difficult. I happen to believe this is an amendment that has merit and adds to the bill.
