In yielding back, let me just thank the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Evans) for his service to this country on a couple of fronts, obviously, here in Congress and as a Marine, and the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Scott) for his touching speech for the Marines, for whom we all owe a great debt of gratitude.
