I have an abiding concern what the Federal Government is doing in this area versus what the States are doing.

I think political concerns can get in the way of it all. I hope it doesn't, but that is a part that concerns me a great deal.

I happen to agree with Mr. Paul. Mr. Paul and I don't always agree, but I happen to agree with him with respect to his legislation and with the idea that we do need more transparency from the Fed.

We must remain mindful of these trying economic times, and ensure all federal funds for education technology serve a purpose.
