While Delmarva keeps telling us affordability matters, they push every day for higher rates for Delaware families.

Those taxes do not simply disappear. They are reflected in higher rents, deferred maintenance, and fewer new housing opportunities for Delaware families.

I’m not going to do that for Delaware.

This is a national imperative. We cannot reignite the American Dream if this is how long it takes to build things.
