Normally, SNAP assistance is provided one time on a monthly basis. A card is loaded electronically. We're going to do that weekly, just looking at what the federal government is doing.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for cutting bureaucracy, but we cannot cut bureaucracy on the backs of our kids and their families.
