The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to remove any area from the list of areas considered to be HUBZones, until such area has been designated as a redesignated area by the Administrator for at least 7 years (as such terms are defined under section 3(p) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632(p)).
