I go back in my district and I have meetings with employees. Every time I meet with an employer, I want to meet with the employees.

We can only do this by limiting carbon emissions. We need to expand clean and renewable energy, put in place energy efficiency measures, transition our transportation sector to zero emission vehicles, and reduce and manage greenhouse gases…

I can't in good conscience send Delawareans to help with that mission.

I want to offer my thoughts and prayers for the employees at Wilmington Hospital who I know experienced a terrible day today.
