Mr. Chairman, I would like to thank the gentleman for his willingness to work in a bipartisan way with the Committee on Small Business--in particular, my colleague Ms. Velazquez--on this issue and the reforms therein. Mr. Delaney, I know, would like to see an extension, which is why he has offered this amendment, so that the affected communities have some time to react to the phaseout, potential phaseout of the HUBZones in their areas. I would again urge support of Mr. Delaney's amendment to extend the HUBZone redesignation period. Mr. Chairman, I yield back the balance of my time.
