I am fairly new to the body. I was elected in 2010, one of the few Democrats.
I can't in good conscience send Delawareans to help with that mission.
Look, no law passed is going to be 100 percent perfect.
I am disappointed, and here are the only areas where I would like to work in a more coordinated manner.
